Location: Hampton Inn & Suites Vilano Beach – Houseperson

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of guest corridors, housekeeping closets, service elevator landings, and other assigned areas.
• Transfer linen to and from closets and deliver items to guest rooms as needed.
• Approach all interactions with guests and employees in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
• Promote a positive work environment by addressing conflicts calmly and professionally.
• Maintain regular attendance per scheduling requirements.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform and nametag.
• Walk assigned floors at the beginning and end of shift; remove newspapers, trash, trays, and linens; note areas requiring cleaning or dusting.
• Assist with housekeeping calls and requests, ensuring completion with follow-up communication.
• Ensure linens and supplies are stocked and maintained.
• Assist with guest room cleaning procedures when required.
• Handle lost and found items according to company standards.
• Report repair needs to the proper department promptly.
• Show initiative, anticipating guest and team needs.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, reporting safety issues immediately.
• Operate and drive shuttle (as applicable).
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
