Job summary

Holiday Inn Omaha Downtown – Waterpark is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping department and maintain high cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas. You will manage daily schedules, train staff, and collaborate with front desk to ensure timely room readiness.

Valid driver’s license and weekend availability are required; reliability and hands-on leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum hotel housekeeping leadership experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Reliable, organized, detail-oriented; lead by example.
• Able to stand, bend, lift and perform housekeeping duties.

Responsibilities

• Create daily housekeeping boards and assign rooms.
• Lead, train, schedule, and support housekeeping and laundry staff.

• Monitor room status and communicate closely with the front desk.
• Manage housekeeping supplies, linens, and inventory.
• Help with laundry and clean guest rooms when business levels require it.

• Maintain Holiday Inn brand standards and hotel safety procedures.
• Control labor while ensuring rooms are cleaned and ready on time.
• Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed.

NOW HIRING: EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER
Holiday Inn Omaha Downtown – Waterpark

Are you a hands-on leader who takes pride in creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms? We are looking for a dependable and motivated Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping department and maintain high standards throughout the hotel.

Starting Salary: $40,000–$45,000 annually, depending on experience
Performance review after 90 days

Key Responsibilities

• Create daily housekeeping boards and assign rooms.
• Lead, train, schedule, and support housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality.
• Monitor room status and communicate closely with the front desk.
• Manage housekeeping supplies, linens, and inventory.
• Help with laundry and clean guest rooms when business levels require it.

This is a hands-on leadership position. The right candidate will set clear expectations, hold the team accountable, and step in to help ensure every room is clean, inspected, and ready for our guests.
