Job summary

Hyatt is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping department in a large hotel, ensuring exceptional cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in alignment with Hyatt's brand standards. You will lead a team, manage laundry operations, and work to meet guest and owner expectations while supporting corporate strategies.

Ideally holding a hospitality degree with at least two years of Housekeeping Manager experience at a large operation, strong problem

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Housekeeping Manager in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient running of the housekeeping department in line with Hyatt's strategies and standards.
• Manage cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and laundry operations.

You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Executive Housekeeper is responsible to manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house non-kitchen areas, as well as the laundry and dry-cleaning operation (hotel linen, uniforms and guest laundry).
