Job summary

The Cantio Hotel, part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, seeks an Executive Housekeeper to lead all housekeeping and laundry operations for a 97-room boutique hotel.

With a focus on guest satisfaction, you will drive service quality, staff development, and cost control while maintaining Hilton brand standards and clean, welcoming spaces for guests.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of housekeeping leadership experience in a hotel.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience managing staff schedules, inventories, and department performance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Hilton experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain Hilton brand standards throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, inventory, and department budgets.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure rooms are guest-ready.
