Job summary

Crescent Hotels is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead a new luxury housekeeping operation in Houston. This hands-on leader will oversee guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring Four-Star standards and impeccable presentation.

The successful candidate will build the department from the ground up, recruit and develop the team, implement SOPs and training, manage staffing and costs, and foster a culture of service excellence.

Qualifications

• Luxury or full-service hotel housekeeping leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen and cost-control skills.
• Experience operating to Forbes Four-Star standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.

The Executive Housekeeper will oversee all aspects of Housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces consistently meet luxury cleanliness, presentation, and service standards.

This hands-on leader will be responsible for building the department from the ground up , including recruiting and developing the team, establishing SOPs and training programs, managing staffing and productivity, controlling labor and inventory costs, and creating a culture of accountability and service excellence.

The ideal candidate has proven Housekeeping leadership experience in a luxury or full-service hotel and understands both the business and operational sides of Housekeeping . Strong financial acumen, team-building skills, attention to detail, and experience operating to Forbes Recommended/Four-Star Standards are essential.

Hilton soft-brand experience, ideally with Curio Collection by Hilton, is highly preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
