Job summary

Sage-Haus in Palo Alto, CA is seeking an Estate House Manager + Family Assistant with Meal Prep Support to oversee daily household operations and support a family with a toddler.

Primary location is Palo Alto with regular San Francisco visits; hybrid schedule with a 12:00 PM–8:00 PM workday, 40 hours/week and some weekends. Competitive hourly compensation and family-oriented perks offered.

Qualifications

• Smoke-free environment required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Fragrance-free environment required.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record; comfortable driving with a toddler.
• Comfortable working across both Palo Alto and San Francisco properties.
• Ability to lift and carry a toddler throughout the day.
• Up-to-date infant/child CPR and first-aid certification or willing to obtain before start.
• Familiarity with email, calendars, task lists, online ordering, and basic spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily household resets across shared areas (kitchens, dining spaces, play areas).
• Prepare the home before weekly cleaning service and manage organization systems.
• Coordinate packing/unpacking for trips between properties; travel as needed.
• Oversee toddler laundry, bedroom, and care items; manage seasonal wardrobe changes.
