Qualifications

• Experience in professional household management, family assistant, or private household work preferred.
• Ability to create practical, sustainable household systems.
• Experience with grocery shopping, healthy meal preparation, and whole foods cooking.
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid drivers license for errands.

Responsibilities

• Household management and organization: create and maintain functional systems; keep spaces tidy between cleaning visits; manage trash/recycling; coordinate with cleaning staff.
• Healthy meal preparation and kitchen support: prepare two simple, nourishing family dinners per week; shop for groceries; maintain stocked fridge and pantry; prep fruits/vegetables and grab-and-go breakfasts.
• Inventory and errands: restock groceries and essentials; shop for flowers and household items; manage returns and donations; handle special errands and small repairs.
• Administrative and personal assistant support: manage calendars and lists; assist with children's activities coordination; follow up on forms and service requests; track projects and priorities.
• Family support: work around children; provide back-up school pickups/drop-offs as needed; prepare home and essentials for busy periods.
• Home transition and special projects: support organization during renovation; prepare belongings for transition; coordinate small projects and room-care instructions.
