Qualifications

• 10+ years in luxury hotel hospitality or resort operations with 5+ years leading multiple teams.
• Ability to envision future strategies and align plans with Disney Experiences goals.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and resource allocation across departments.
• Experience leading large, diverse teams with guest experience and financial accountability.
• Deep knowledge of Front Office and Recreation operations and tech-enabled guest experiences.
• Ability to analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborative, culturally aware, service-minded leadership approach.
• Commitment to inclusion and integrating Hawaiian culture into guest and Cast experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Front Office, Recreation, and IT.
• Direct Front Office strategy across arrival, lobby, concierge, and guest services functions.
• Lead Recreation operations with safety, water quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee IT operations, cybersecurity, and guest technology experiences.
• Own operating plans, budgets, forecasts, labor, and capital priorities.
• Develop strategy-oriented plans and empower leaders to solve challenges.
• Coach and retain a high-performing leadership team and support career development.
• Model Disney’s Five Keys and Aulani values in daily decisions and relationships.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B, Security, Sales, Revenue, Facilities, and partners.
• Manage partnerships for transportation, excursions, lifeguard safety, and EV charging.
