Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Hotel Group Sales Manager for a premier executive hotel and conference center in St. Louis.

The role focuses on developing external corporate, association, nonprofit, government, meeting, catering, and lodging business, with ownership of the sales strategy and a proactive market approach. The position requires 2+ years in hospitality/group sales, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Competenze

• 2+ years of hospitality sales experience, including group, catering or events.
• Proven ability to prospect and close new business.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
