Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality is seeking a personable host for a high-energy venue. You will greet guests, manage reservations, assist with front desk operations, and ensure a welcoming experience in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have hospitality experience, prior host role experience, and familiarity with busy restaurant/nightclub settings. The role requires professionalism, teamwork, and a neat appearance.

Qualifications

• Ability to write, read, and verbally communicate.
• Must have good positive energy throughout the day.
• Must be able to print legibly for Team Members, management, and guests to read.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to move quickly.
• Must be able to push and lift up to 75 lbs. with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them to seating as directed by the maître d'.
• Interact with guests, team members, and supervisors in a courteous, hospitable manner.
• Answer questions from guests and assist with reservations.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of entrance area.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and prep tasks.
• Participate in pre-service meetings and training sessions.
