North Star Mohican Casino Resort in Wisconsin is seeking an Executive Host to develop and nurture relationships with high-value players, enhancing loyalty and revenue. This salaried, full-time role reports to the Player Development Manager and requires a strong guest service mindset.

• Assist declining players to optimize offers and prevent abuse.
• Manage budgets to improve profit margins.
• Communicate player development initiatives across channels.
• Monitor play habits and program usage for assigned players.
• Promote and recruit new Members for the Players Club.
• Provide leadership and support to Players Club staff.
• Maintain visibility on the casino floor during events.
• Coordinate hotel reservations and special events for players.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with high-value players to enhance loyalty and retention.
• Identifyand cultivate potential high-value players through effective relationship building and targeted communications.
• Assistdeclining players tooptimizetheir offers and prevent program abuse.
• Manage and adhere to budgets to improve profit margins and revenue.
• Communicateplayer development initiatives effectively through various channels.
• Monitor and analyze play habits, preferences, and program usage of assigned players.
• Promote and recruit new members for the Players Club program.
• Provide leadership and support to Players Club Staff as needed.
• Maintain regular communication with players to promote upcoming events and services.
• Maintain visibility on the casino floor during events and daily operations.
• Monitor player ratings and ensure personalized service during visits.
• Coordinate player arrangements such as hotel reservations andspecial events.
• Provide general guest service information andassistanceasrequired.
• Perform clerical tasks including activity logging and report submissions.
• Upholdhigh standardsof integrity and confidentiality in all guest interactions.
• Adhere to departmental attendance and punctuality standards.
• Maintain professionalism and adherence to dress code policies.
• Comply withall rules, regulations, and policies of North Star Mohican Casino Resort.
• Be available for player contact during and outside of regular shifts.
• Adhere to the Casino’s Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace Policy.

Qualifications & Education

• High School Diploma or GEDrequired.
• Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Must obtain andmaintaina Mohican Nation Gaming License.
• Must pass a Criminal Investigation Background Check (CIB).
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and health screening.
• Flexible availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to adapt to change andparticipatein ongoing training.
• Demonstrated ability tomaintaina satisfactory working record.
• Eligible foremployer’sliability insurance.
• Mustbe at least 18 years old.
• Preferred a minimum of one year front-of-house gaming experience with a strong guest service record.
• Experience with player tracking systems and casino math.
• Proficiencyin MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle diverse and challenging situations professionally.
• Mustbe willing to travel. Must have a valid driver'slicense,reliable transportation, and insurance are required. Must obtain a Wisconsin's driver's license within30 daysof employment if applicant has an out-of-state driver's license. Must meet andmaintainthe eligibility tooperatea personal or tribal vehicle under thedriveracceptability guidelines asestablishedby Mohican Insurance.
• Must have demonstrated ability to maintain satisfactory working record in any prior or current employment.
