Job summary

T-Mobile seeks a Senior Sponsorship Manager, Executive Hospitality, to lead C-level hospitality and executive engagement programs across priority sponsorship platforms and major tentpole moments. This role translates business objectives into curated, high-touch experiences that strengthen relationships and drive outcomes with enterprise partners and media.

Qualifications

7-10 years of executive hospitality, sponsorship marketing, or related field.
Proven ability to design and execute high-touch, C-suite engagement programs.
Experience in highly visible executive-facing environments with discretion.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute C-level and media hospitality programs across priority sponsorship tentpoles.
Translate enterprise relationship goals into curated guest strategies and executive engagement experiences.
Manage end-to-end program management for executive-hosted engagements, including briefings, run-of-show, budgeting, and onsite leadership.
Collaborate with Sales and Executives to ensure guest hosting supports relationship progression and measurable impact.
Support long-term planning for global platforms, including LA28, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
Oversee agency partners, vendors, venues, and hospitality providers to meet budgets and timelines.
Track KPIs and post-event insights to inform improvements and leadership visibility.
