Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a senior leader to manage nursing and care delivery operations within a 24/7 hospital setting, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and clinical standards. You will direct strategic planning for training and performance, implement cross-functional programs, and partner with stakeholders to remove barriers and drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of experience managing operational or project budgets.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports.
• Bachelor's degree in a Business, Nursing, Health Care, or directly related field AND minimum nine (9) years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or a directly related field OR minimum twelve (12) years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or a directly related field.

Responsibilities

• Builds organizational capacity and develops talent, with emphasis on performance feedback and coaching.
• Oversees multiple units by translating strategy into actionable requirements and ensuring delivery.
• Directs administrative functions to support patient care and align performance targets across KP.
• Manages care delivery operations in a 24/7 environment, aligning resources and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Drives strategic improvement: forecast, plan, and oversee projects to enhance quality, service, and efficiency.
