Job summary

Tenet Healthcare seeks a seasoned nursing leader to support the senior executive position for nursing and patient care across hospital units. You will assist in assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practice with 24/7 accountability for designated areas.

The role focuses on ensuring high quality, safe patient care, staff competency, and efficient resource management to support patient outcomes across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Active/current RN license in state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in a health care related field or BSN; MSN preferred.
• 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital setting.
• Current AHA BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the senior executive Nursing/Care leadership across hospital units.
• Assist in assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating nursing practice.
• Maintain 24/7 accountability for Director's assigned areas.
• Ensure high quality, safe patient care and appropriate resource management.
