Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services seeks a distinguished financial executive to serve as the CFO for Presbyterian Hospital and Kaseman Hospital. This high-impact role provides strategic financial oversight for a combined footprint of approximately 600 beds and $834M in annual operating revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Master’s degree (MHA or MBA) is highly preferred.
• CPA, HFMA, or related professional certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hospital financial strategies and execution, including budgeting, planning, reporting, and forecasting.
• Provide actionable financial insights to inform operational decisions, capital planning, and long-range initiatives.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, labor utilization, and productivity to align with budget targets.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance analyses; maintain internal controls.
