This high-impact role involves strategic financial oversight of Presbyterian Hospital and Kaseman Hospital, managing approximately 600 beds and a substantial annual operating revenue. The ideal candidate will possess extensive healthcare accounting experience and strong financial leadership skills.

Responsibilities include budgeting, operational oversight, compliance, and leading a high-performing finance team. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s degree and certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of healthcare accounting experience required.
• 5 years of progressive experience in hospital finance operations.
• Experience with hospitals having at least 600 beds preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead all hospital financial strategies including budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and productivity aligning with budget.
• Manage assembly of annual volume assumptions for budgeting.
