Sage Haus in Seattle, WA seeks a part-time House Manager & Family Assistant with Meal Support to help manage a busy home for a four-member family. You will coordinate daily routines, school pickups, meal prep, shopping, and light childcare for kids ages 10 and 12, plus care for two dogs.

Qualifications

• Maintain a smoke-free environment.
• Reliable personal transportation; mileage reimbursement.
• Vaccinations up to date per AA Pediatrics and CDC guidelines (incl. COVID-19 and flu) where allowed by law.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Family Support: occasional school pickup, activity prep, packing and snack prep, light supervision.
• Household Organization & Maintenance: create and maintain organization systems, daily resets, mail sorting, plant care, seasonal swaps.
• Inventory & Errands: restocking, grocery list management, subscriptions, returns, shopping.
• Meal Support: four dinners per week, grocery shopping with shared list, lunch/snack prep, kitchen cleanup.
• Laundry & Linens: wash, dry, fold, and store laundry; linen care.
• Pet Care: daily dog walks and feeding; monthly meds reminders; occasional pet care overnight.
• Vehicle Upkeep: cleaning, fueling, organization of family vehicles.
• Deep Cleaning & Special Projects: organize key areas, periodic deep cleans, entryway refresh.
• Vendor & Property Oversight: coordinate with contractors, quotes, seasonal maintenance, property manager liaison.
• Administrative & Personal Assistant Support: calendar management, shared email/cal, travel planning, project list sharing.
