USA Health in Mobile is seeking an experienced healthcare executive to lead the hospital's strategic, financial, and operational efforts. You will work with the board to set priorities, safeguard fiscal health, and build a high-performing team dedicated to safe, high-quality patient care.

This role oversees technology, regulatory compliance, emergency preparedness, community outreach, and public relations, shaping how we deliver transformative care across campuses and clinics along the Gulf

Qualifikationen

• Master's Degree in healthcare administration or related field; 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare management in a hospital setting (Required).
• Comparable combination of education and experience may substitute for the above requirements.

Aufgaben

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans with the hospital board to meet local community healthcare needs.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, expense management, and revenue cycle management.
• Personnel Management: Recruit, train, and develop leadership to ensure quality care and staff engagement.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor patient care quality, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction; drive quality improvement.
• Community Outreach: Build relationships with stakeholders to address healthcare disparities and improve access to services.
• Technology and Infrastructure: Oversee healthcare technology systems, equipment, and facility infrastructure.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including licensure and accreditation.
• Emergency Preparedness: Develop plans to respond to disasters and public health emergencies.
• Public Relations: Act as primary spokesperson to promote the hospital’s mission and services.
• Creative Resourcing: Identify partnerships and collaborations to improve efficiencies at the rural hospital.
