Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
• Active, unencumbered Georgia LPN license.
• Certifications: BLS; multi-state license may be required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on individualized plan delegated by RN/Physician.
• Monitor and document patient conditions including vitals, wound care, and labs.
• Assist with procedures, treatments, and medication administration as per scope of practice.
• Maintain safe, clean environment following infection control standards.
