Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
• Valid, unencumbered Georgia LPN license.
• BLS certification.
• Previous nursing experience is optional.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician.
• Monitor and document patient conditions including vital signs and wound care.
• Assist with procedures, treatments, and medication administration as per scope of practice.
• Record patient data using appropriate equipment and maintain accurate charting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, therapeutic environment following infection control protocols.
