Job summary

Senior TLC seeks a Chief Information Officer to provide strategic leadership of information systems, data, and technology across all PACE locations. The CIO will guide the Systems department, shape the technology roadmap, and ensure systems support high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, health informatics, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of healthcare IT experience; 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience with EHR administration and HIPAA compliance.
• Certification in healthcare IT or project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Systems department and set multi-year tech roadmap.
• Hire, train, and evaluate Systems staff.
• Budget and justify technology investments and licensing.
• Ensure CMS/state/PACE regulatory compliance.
• Oversee EHR governance and data governance.
• Partner with IT leadership on security and disaster recovery.
