Zusammenfassung
HR HealthCare of York, PA seeks a Chief Technology & Information Officer (CTIO) to lead technology strategy, AI initiatives, and cybersecurity across the organization. This executive role partners with the CEO and ELT to drive digital transformation while ensuring regulatory compliance in a regulated DME/healthcare environment.
The CTIO will oversee IT operations, data analytics, ERP/CRM integration, and enterprise software modernization.
Qualifikationen
- 15+ years of technology leadership experience in a regulated industry.
- Experience leading enterprise technology transformation initiatives.
- Experience with cybersecurity, data, and AI initiatives in healthcare or analogous environments.

- Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise technology strategy aligned to HR HealthCare priorities.
- Lead digital transformation to improve productivity, scalability, and customer experience.
- Oversee ERP/CRM integration and specialized healthcare software.
- Build and govern data and analytics capabilities to enable data-driven decisions.
- Establish robust cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory compliance programs.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology organization.
