Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive healthcare IT leadership.
• Experience leading mergers & acquisitions and TSAs.
• Proven EMR expertise with Meditech Expanse; ERP consolidations.
• Experience managing system IT budgets across multiple facilities.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, CMS, Joint Commission.
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale technology programs.
• Contract negotiation and vendor management experience.
• Understanding of clinical workflows and interoperability.
• Change management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead system IT strategy and operations across cloud, networks, and apps.
• Oversee tech due diligence, TSAs, and post-acquisition integrations.
• Guide Meditech Expanse, other EMRs, ERP, and interoperability projects.
• Align IT budgets with business goals and drive cost reductions.
• Direct cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and DR/BC planning.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage strategic partnerships.
• Engage with executives and boards on technology investments.
