Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Governance & Events – Executive Engagement Facilitator in McLean, Virginia. This role supports cabinet-level engagements, requiring a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. You will oversee all aspects of executive events, ensuring success through meticulous planning and collaboration with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting senior leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and proficient writing abilities. A Bachelor's degree in National Security or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 18+ years of experience.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.
• 10+ years of experience providing direct support to executive-level leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of the U.S. Intelligence Community.
• Experience developing briefing or trip books for senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess incoming requests for executive-level engagements.
• Coordinate with customer stakeholders to gather context and requirements.
• Support executive secretariat staff in developing comprehensive materials.
• Partner with protocol staff to ensure seamless event execution.
• Assist in planning and executing executive foreign travel.

Education

Bachelor's degree in National Security, Foreign Affairs, or Public Administration
