ICM Solutions LLC in Huntington, UT is seeking a General Manager of Mining to lead the underground mining rebuild business on site, directing daily operations and delivering safe, reliable, and profitable solutions. The role oversees rebuild center, fabrication, field service, parts support, and customer care while planning workforce needs and pursuing growth opportunities.

The GM will build strong partnerships with mine operators and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Mining, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience within mining or related industrial environments.
• Minimum 5 years of senior leadership with direct P&L responsibility.
• Experience as GM/Site/Plant Manager for single-site operation generating $25M+ revenue preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MSHA, OSHA and mining safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for site operations including rebuild center, fabrication shop, field service, component repair, and parts support.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and profitability objectives are achieved at the site.
• Lead strategic planning, growth initiatives, and new revenue opportunities for the site.
• Build executive-level relationships with mine operators and procurement teams.
• Monitor financial performance including revenue, margins, ROI, and productivity.
• Travel regularly to customer locations and ICM facilities.
