Job summary

ICM Solutions is seeking a General Manager of Mining to lead our Huntington, UT underground mining rebuild operation. The role oversees the site’s rebuild center, fabrication shop, field service, and parts support, ensuring safety, efficiency, and profitability.

The GM will drive strategic plans, expand revenue streams, manage P&L, and cultivate executive relationships with mine operators and stakeholders. A strong background in mining equipment, leadership, and financial stewardship is

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of single-site operations in mining or heavy equipment.
• Experience building and executing strategic site plans for growth.
• Strong financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
• Ability to recruit, develop, and retain top operational and technical talent.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for site operations including rebuilds and fabrication.
• Drive safety, quality, and profitability metrics at the site.
• Develop and execute multi-year growth plans and new revenue streams.
• Lead cross-functional teams across operations, service, sales, and customer support.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and executive-level engagement.
• Travel to customer locations and ICM facilities as needed.
