• Experience with B2B account management, contract services and recurring revenue.
• Proficient in analyzing operational reports, labor modeling, and production rates.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations, multi-site management, and field operations teams.
• Manage full P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and EBITDA performance.
• Control direct labor costs, staffing, overtime, and productivity metrics.
• Drive customer retention, account management, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee janitorial and facility services operations and maintenance support.
• Execute business development strategies and contract expansion.
• Conduct performance management, employee engagement, and succession planning.
• Ensure OSHA compliance, safety standards, and company policies.
