Job summary

Extell is seeking a Village General Manager to lead Deer Valley East Village, overseeing guest experience, safety, and daily operations at the base of Deer Valley. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement to align development progress with premium guest services.

You will coordinate with marketing, HOA boards, and partners to ensure a consistent luxury standard, safety compliance, and exceptional guest experiences across all village activities.

Qualifications

• Extensive resort property management experience.
• Experience with local government interactions.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven budgeting and financial management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest experience and safety as central operations manager.
• Coordinate with development, construction, and leasing teams.
• Lead Mountain Master Association oversight and budget governance.
• Manage and operate HOAs, retail leasing, and vendor contracts.
• Develop standards and processes for luxury village operations.
• Plan and execute village programming and activations.
