Job summary

Extell Development Company seeks a Vice President of Development to lead all development activities in Park City, UT. You will drive project scope, budgets, and milestones, and coordinate with senior management, architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality, on-time projects.

You will supervise contract administration, entitlements, and governance, while maintaining strong relationships with hotel brands, public agencies, and investors.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Real Estate Finance or Business Management preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in real estate development, business management, or related activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development on Extell projects.
• Coordinate monthly budget and variance analyses with senior management.
• Act as owner’s representative and interface with stakeholders and public agencies.
• Prepare government agency program applications and ensure adherence to contracts.
• Manage contract administration and vendor performance.
