Stamford Twin Rinks is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead all facility operations, business performance, and guest experience. This role offers a clear fast-track path to Chief Operating Officer within 1-2 years based on success, with responsibilities spanning sales, marketing, operations, finance, and community partnerships.

The role includes a base salary of $115,000–$130,000, a performance bonus, and total compensation up to approximately $200,000, along with benefits such as

• 7+ years of progressive leadership in operations, hospitality, recreation, sports management, or related industries.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple business functions and drive growth.
• Strong financial and operational management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day operations across Twin Rinks and oversee multiple departments.
• Develop annual action plans with department heads and identify capital needs.
• Maximize scheduling efficiency and deliver high-quality customer experiences.
• Drive revenue growth through pricing, programming, events, and advertising sales.
• Collaborate with ownership on long-term growth strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Mentor and inspire managers and staff to maintain a customer-centric culture.
