Job summary

Orioli Restaurant Group in The Woodlands, TX, is expanding and seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead daily operations of our Latin Coastal concept. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, ensure guest satisfaction, manage schedules, payroll, and compliance, and collaborate with culinary leadership to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

A strong financial acumen and VIP-service experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of General Manager experience or higher.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage high-volume dining operations.
• VIP clientele experience preferred.
• Experience training and developing staff is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a motivated service team.
• Oversee policies, procedures, and training.
• Maintain DOH, fire safety, and employment regulations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and payroll.
• Collaborate with Chef on menus and beverage program.
• Roll out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
