Socket.dev seeks a strategic, globally focused executive to lead Global Business Services (GBS) and drive transformation across end-to-end processes including finance operations, payroll, and procurement. Qualifications

• 15+ years leading large-scale global operations and transformation.
• Executive presence to advise and influence C-suite leaders, boards, and external partners.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end ownership across finance, payroll, procurement, data, and process excellence.
• Strong commercial, financial, and governance acumen with performance-driven mindset.
• Advanced degree preferred; Bachelor's in a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the GBS strategy, operating model, and footprint in alignment with enterprise goals.
• Drive end-to-end accountability across Order-to-Cash, Invoice-to-Pay, payroll, and related operations.
• Lead a transformation portfolio including automation, AI, data, and digital initiatives.
• Establish disciplined performance systems with SLAs, KPIs, and value realization.
• Partner with CFO and senior leaders to translate enterprise needs into scalable solutions.
