Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive management experience in high-end private clubs.
• General Manager experience at a distinguished city club or comparable private club preferred.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.
• Experience working with Boards, committees, and organized labor.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; CCM, CCE, or CHA certification highly desirable.

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee daily operations across all Club departments.
• Maintain exceptional standards of personalized service and member satisfaction.
