Job summary

Warwick Seattle is seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of hotel operations and performance. This hands-on, entrepreneurial leader will drive financial results, guest satisfaction, and a culture of accountability.

Responsibilities include P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and coordinating with Sales/Revenue Management to maximize occupancy and RevPAR, while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong restaurant and in-room dining performance.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive hotel management experience.
• Full-service, upscale, or lifestyle hotel experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing a property of comparable size and complexity.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, P&L management, budgeting, and revenue management.
• Proven ability to improve financial performance, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement.

• Represent Warwick Seattle and Warwick Hotels & Resorts within the Seattle hospitality community.

The General Manager will serve as the property's senior operational leader, with responsibility for financial performance, guest satisfaction, revenue growth, team development, and operational excellence.

We are looking for a visible, hands‑on leader who can build a strong culture of accountability and hospitality while driving measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for hotel operations and department heads.
• Take ownership of the hotel's P&L, budgeting, forecasting, labor management, expenses, and profitability.
• Partner with Sales and Revenue Management to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and total hotel revenue.
• Drive exceptional guest experiences and oversee guest satisfaction, online reputation, and service recovery.
• Provide leadership and oversight of Margaux restaurant and lounge and in-room dining, with a focus on quality, revenue, and profitability.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and retain high‑performing leaders and employees.
• Establish clear performance expectations and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and employee engagement.
• Work closely with Engineering and corporate leadership on preventative maintenance, capital projects, renovations, and long‑term asset planning.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and all applicable safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Build relationships with corporate accounts, community organizations, tourism partners, and local businesses.
• Represent Warwick Seattle and Warwick Hotels & Resorts within the Seattle hospitality and business community.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive hotel management experience, including significant experience as a General Manager or senior hotel leader.
• Full-service, upscale, or lifestyle hotel experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing a property of comparable size and operational complexity.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and cost controls.
• Proven ability to improve financial performance, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and team‑development skills.
• Experience across Rooms ,Food & Beverage, Sales, Engineering, and Finance.
• Knowledge of the Seattle hospitality market is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours as required by hotel operations.
