Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guarantee OSHA compliance and address safety hazards; maintain OSHA 300 logs.
• Lead, motivate, and train staff; ensure resources are available.
• Set location goals to meet financial and service targets.
• Manage fleet and pricing; align staffing with demand.
• Monitor customer service and respond to reviews; uphold Six-Step Service-Based Sales.
• Oversee pricing, market conditions, and revenue optimization.
• Hire, mentor, discipline, and schedule employees; review performance.
