Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Minimum of five years' experience as a manager or supervisor; experience in rental car operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the facility adheres to OSHA standards and promptly resolve safety hazards.
• Oversee injury documentation and OSHA logs; monitor and enforce safety practices.
• Align staffing with rental activity and business needs to optimize service and costs.
• Maximize revenue while controlling expenses and monitoring pricing.
• Monitor customer feedback via NPS and Google reviews to drive improvements.
• Lead a high-volume location with P&L responsibility and hands-on leadership.
• Mentor, recruit, train, discipline, and schedule staff; manage performance reviews.
• Communicate with Director of Operations on pricing and fleet availability; respond to market conditions.
