Job summary

The Ladder Method is seeking an Executive Functioning Learning Specialist for an in-person, Los Angeles-based role. You will coach middle school through young adult clients, helping with organization, planning, time management and study strategies, while building strong client relationships and boundaries.

This part-time position offers 12–15 hours per week with potential growth, and requires a compassionate, professional approach with families and students who have learning differences.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching middle school, high school, young adult students, and adults with learning differences.
• BA/BS required.
• Strong boundaries and professionalism for coaching relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach clients 1-on-1 in person focusing on executive functioning.
• Guide clients in time management, planning, organization, and follow-through.
• Help clients establish systems supporting goals and accountability.
• Document progress and maintain client relationships with families and internal team.
