Job summary

The Ladder Method in Santa Ana, CA is seeking an Organization Coach / Study Skills Tutor for a part-time role (10–15 hours weekly). Expect afternoons/evenings and one weekend day, with in-person sessions across the Los Angeles and Orange County areas. BA/BS or higher required, plus a driver's license and reliable transportation.

This is a part time position, approximately 10-15 hours a week. Hours depend on nature of requests.

Qualifications

• BA or BS or higher required
• Driver's license and reliable transportation required

• Experience serving high net-worth clients a plus
• Experience in LA Independent schools HIGHLY DESIRED

Compensation depends on experience, education, and is for IN PERSON tutoring.Please note the upper range of compensation is dependent on master's and doctoral degrees as well as experience.
