The Ladder Method, Inc. is seeking an Executive Functioning Learning Specialist in Los Angeles for in-person coaching.

The role focuses on strengthening organization, planning, time management, self-advocacy, emotional regulation, study strategies and confidence for students, with family collaboration and a warm, professional coaching approach. Ideal candidates are experienced coaches with a BA/BS, strong boundaries, excellent communication, and the ability to work with diverse clients,

Formación

• BA or BS required
• Driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience in coaching, psychology, education, counseling or social work
• Strong understanding of executive functioning and its impact on learning
• Excellent interpersonal, time management and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients
• Must be available for 12–15 hours per week
• Must be willing to commute to client homes

Responsabilidades

• Coach clients 1-on-1 (in person) using The Ladder Method curriculum and methodology
• Guide clients in improving time management, planning, organization and follow-through
• Help clients establish systems to support personal and professional goals
• Provide accountability, motivation and mindset coaching tailored to each client
• Document progress and communicate regularly with the internal team
• Maintain professionalism, empathy and discretion
