Job summary

Express Employment International, headquartered in Oklahoma City, seeks a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead enterprise planning, performance analysis, and decision support. You will build a capable FP&A team and partner across Finance, Operations, and Technology to translate complex data into actionable insights.

You’ll drive annual planning, forecasting, and long-range models, develop executive dashboards, and champion modern analytics and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; seven+ years FP&A or related experience
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning
• Experience leading or coaching teams and cross-functional initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting across units and geographies
• Develop executive dashboards and management reporting to clarify performance
• Provide decision support through rigorous modeling and concise recommendations
• Create financial narratives and visuals for executives
• Promote consistent planning standards and performance measures across the organization
