Job summary

LG Magna e-Powertrain USA, Inc. in Southeast Michigan seeks a Senior Manager of Business Planning to lead forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, risk analysis, and executive reporting.

This position partners with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, and Finance to develop accurate financial models and drive strategic decisions. The role requires 8+ years in finance, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and fluency in English and Korean, with the ability to present to our Korean

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional finance experience.
• Fluency in English and Korean.
• Strong ability to translate insights into strategic plans.
• Experience in mid- and long-term planning and scenario modeling.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cash flow, and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Provide market and business intelligence to support strategic decisions.
• Analyze programs, volumes, pricing, profitability, and key drivers in a manufacturing/B2B context.
• Develop short-, mid-, and long-term plans, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and risk outlooks.
• Forecast financial, economic, operational, and workforce data for decision-making.
• Lead complex analyses and present recommendations to management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, and Finance.
• Prepare management reports and presentations in English and Korean.
• Improve processes for analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking.
• Monitor revenue, expenditures, and asset/liability records.
