Job summary

LG Electronics USA is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Planning to lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and risk analysis. This role supports strategic and operational decisions, integrating market intelligence with financial insights.

You will collaborate across Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, and Finance, and communicate results to both local management and the Korean headquarter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or related field.
• Fluency in English and Korean (spoken and written) is desirable.
• 8+ years of professional finance experience with strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience in mid- and long-term planning, forecasting, risk analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Provide market and business intelligence to support strategic decisions in automotive and EV sectors.
• Analyze customer programs, volumes, pricing, profitability, and other key drivers in B2B manufacturing.
• Develop short-, mid-, and long-term business plans, budgets, forecasts and cash flow plans.
• Lead complex financial analyses and present recommendations to management.
• Communicate business outlook to local management and global headquarters.
