Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Director for a single-site correctional facility in Indiana. You will oversee the kitchen team, manage payroll, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with the District Manager.

This onsite role covers operations, finances, and staff development. The ideal candidate has at least five years of management experience in institutional food service, ServSafe certification, and strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Five years of management or supervisory experience in a food service environment.
• ServSafe Certification is required.
• Experience with food handling regulations and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quantities of food prepared and served according to plan.
• Hire, orient, train and address performance issues.
• Review payroll bi-weekly.
• Ensure staff are trained for safe operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper food storage.
• Ensure compliance with health codes and sanitation standards.
• Prepare onsite reports of daily/monthly activities.
• Respond to inspections and regulatory requirements.
