The Manager will oversee scheduling, payroll, and adherence to policies while driving revenue and maintaining standard operating procedures across the department.

Qualifications

• Two years directly related work experience.
• Two to four-year college undergraduate degree is preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with MS Office; knowledge of Opera PMS is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee F&B operations and staff to ensure Woodside standard service.
• Manage schedules, payroll and budgeting to meet forecasted revenue.
• Ensure health, safety and liquor regulations are strictly followed.
• Coordinate with Catering, Culinary and other hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
