Job summary

Athens Services is seeking a Director of Procurement, Supply Chain and Facilities to lead the day-to-day procurement, inventory, supplier performance, and facilities support across the organization. You will translate company objectives into practical sourcing, supply chain, and facilities plans that improve service reliability, control costs, and support safe operations.

Collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, Finance, IT, and Safety, you will manage P2P processes, supplier relationships,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in procurement or supply chain management with team leadership experience.
• Experience managing at least $300 million in annual procurement spend.
• Proficiency with procurement and inventory systems, data analysis, and MS Office.
• Experience coordinating maintenance across multiple facilities and budgets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel to company facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing and purchasing plans to meet budgets and objectives.
• Lead procurement, supply chain, and facilities teams with clear performance goals.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with suppliers; manage vendor performance.
• Coordinate demand planning, replenishment, and inventory across locations.
• Oversee facilities maintenance, vendor contracts, and improvements.
• Improve procurement and inventory systems for accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and manage operating budgets and report savings and KPIs.
• Identify cost savings and risk management opportunities.
