Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in school administration, accounting, or related field.
• CPA certification or endorsements preferred.
• Experience in school financial management preferred.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and close monthly/annual books.
• Serve as District Treasurer and oversee revenues.
• Prepare annual budget and analyze district expenditures.
• Oversee payroll and financial reporting to state/federal entities.
• Lead annual independent audit and TRS/IMRF filings.
