Qualifications

• Master's degree in educational administration or business administration or seven years of progressive experience.
• Valid Washington State driver's license and evidence of insurability.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for administration of business and financial operations.
• Advises the Superintendent on fiscal management issues.
• Plays a critical role in budget development and financial planning.

Skills

Knowledge of current school district accounting and payroll rules and practices

Knowledge of federal and state rules and regulations applicable to finance, accounting, and payroll

Demonstrated skills in problem solving

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively

Demonstrated ability to prepare reports

Education

Master's degree in educational administration or business administration
