The Ben Hotel, part of Sage Hospitality Group, seeks a strategic Director of Finance to join the executive leadership team in West Palm Beach, FL. The role oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and internal controls, reporting to the General Manager and Sage leadership.

The ideal candidate combines hospitality finance leadership with strong analytical and collaborative skills to drive performance and safeguard assets at this luxury property.

Formación

• Four-year college degree (accounting preferred) or equivalent education/experience.
• 5–10 years of employment in a related finance role within hospitality.
• Knowledge of hotel accounting functions, hospitality finance, and related regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee payroll, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Lead optimization of cash management, accounts payable/receivable, and financial analysis.
• Partner with General Manager and department heads to drive financial performance.
