Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an Assistant Director of Finance to support a luxury hotel team in the Palm Beach area. The role partners with the Director of Finance to drive strategic financial objectives and ensure timely accounting operations.

Key duties include overseeing AP/AR, reconciling balance sheets, analyzing P&L, and enhancing hotel accounting systems. You will collaborate with department leaders and assist with financial initiatives and process improvements.
