Summit Bank in Eugene, Oregon seeks a results-driven Chief Financial Officer to lead financial reporting, risk management, and regulatory compliance. The CFO will supervise accounting staff, manage budgeting processes, and coordinate with the Executive Committee to drive strategic planning and long-term financial health.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree; at least 10 years finance experience with supervisory background.
• Advanced knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business materials and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare timely monthly and quarterly financial reports for Board review.
• Manage liquidity, interest rate risk and regulatory reporting per FDIC guidelines.
• Oversee annual budgets and long-term projections with Executive Committee.
• Ensure insurance coverage and compliance with employment and banking laws.
• Develop accounts payable policies and supervise accounting staff.
• Oversee year-end audits and tax return preparation.
• Lead investor/shareholder communications and governance matters.
• Foster risk management, business continuity and vendor relationships.
